基于ADAMS的小齿轮齿条动力学仿真分析

摘    要:利用UG建立小齿轮齿条的三维实体模型,以PARASOLID格式导入到ADAMS中,通过施加约束、驱动,并联合自编译的小齿轮啮合力计算子程序,建立小齿轮齿条动力学模型。通过分析小齿轮角速度、齿条输出速度、接触力、摩擦系数、摩擦力和渗透深度随时间的变化规律,揭示接触力周期性变化、接触力峰值与啮合刚度、啮合冲击间的关系。

Dynamic Simulation of Pinion-rack Based on ADAMS

Abstract:The solid model of pinion-rack system built in UG was imported into ADAMS.The constraint,motion and loads were utilized by the self-compiled subroutine to build the dynamic virtual prototyping of the machine.The variation law of angular speed,output speed,contact force,friction coefficient,friction force and infiltration depth with time of the pinion-rack were analyzed to investigate the relationship between the cyclical change and peak value of the contact force with the stiffness and impact of engagement.
