摘    要:调距桨设计过程中常会出现的螺距振荡现象是由于电磁阀的制造精度与控制系统的控制精度不匹配造成的,为此,减小逼近时的螺距控制指令,并调整系统允许控制误差。实际应用表明,该方法能够有效地解决螺距振荡问题。

Abstract:The pitch vibration phenomenon for the controllable pitch propeller is often caused by electromagnetic valve’s manufacturing accuracy does not matched with control system’s control accuracy.Decreasing the pitch control command while approaching process,and adjusting the system permission control accuracy can solve the problem.Practical application indicated that the method is efficient.
