摘    要:验证升力面法和有限元法在螺旋桨水动力性能预报和桨叶强度分析中的计算精度,运用这两种方法对某铝合金螺旋桨进行分析设计。结果表明,在其水动力性能、强度等均满足设计要求的前提下,铝合金桨比青铜桨减重158.3 kg,减重比达59.2%。

Numerical Analysis of Performance and Strength of a Aluminum Alloy Marine Propeller

Abstract:The hydrodynamic performance of a marine propeller was predicted based on the lifting surface method.The strength of its blades was analyzed by FEM.The results showed that the accuracy can meet the engineering requirements.Then the hydrodynamic performance and blade strength of an aluminum alloy propeller were analyzed in these two methods.The weight of aluminum alloy propeller loses up to 158.3kg,59% than using copper alloy in the condition that it well satisfies the requirements of design.
