| Abstract: | Different foundation concepts of mudmat,suction pile sand driven pile of the subsea production system(SPS) were introduced.The mudmat option was compared with the suction and driven pile option.The design of mudmat should consider bearing capacity,sliding,settlement,torsion and penetration of shear skirts,and be performed in accordance with API RP 2A and other relevant codes and standards. |
