基于电动变频空调的燃油车节油能力研究

摘    要:以节能减排为目标,提出将电动变频空调应用于燃油车的方案及选择工况发电策略,分别通过电动变频空调系统的高效率特性及提高发电机发电综合效率,降低空调系统油耗。建立某国产车型原车和使用电动空调系统的整车仿真模型,通过试验数据对模型进行了标定。仿真结果表明,使用电动变频空调系统相对原车变排空调系统在WTLC、CLTC循环下空调油耗分别降低75.4%、76.3%,增加选择工况发电策略后空调油耗进一步降低4.3%和6.6%。对燃油车使用电动空调系统和选择工况发电策略具有较好的节油潜力。

Research on Fuel Saving Ability of Fuel Cars Based on an Inverter Air Conditioner

Abstract:To achieve energy saving and emission reduction, a scheme of applying the AC system with a VFD driven compressor motor to fuel cars was proposed and the strategy for electricity generation was suggested.Based on the high-efficiency compressor, the fuel consumption of the air conditioning can be reduced by improving generator efficiency. A simulation model was established to compare the cars with and without the electric air-conditioning system, and the model was calibrated based on the test data. The results show that the AC fuel consumption can be reduced by about 75.4% and 76.3% respectively for WLTC and CLTC by replacing the traditional AC system with a VFD air-conditioning system. The fuel consumption can be further reduced by 4.3% and 6.6% respectively after the implementation of the electricity generation strategy by selecting working cycles. The VFD AC system with the proposed strategy for electricity generation can be applied to increase energy efficiency for fuel cars.
