摘    要:文章对预制拼装6h快通技术,现浇12h快速修复技术进行了分析。从理论上提出了预制板弯拉强度和几何尺寸的确定方法,阐明了预制拼装修复技术的各道施工工艺。研究了SBTK10型快速修补剂的性能,结果表明,SBTK10型快速修补剂具有良好的施工性能、早期强度发展快、微膨胀、后期强度不倒缩、脆性低、耐久性好等优点,可满足高速公路水泥路面12h整板全厚修复通车的要求。

Abstract:The article makes an analysis on the precast-assemble techniques that can realize quick opening to traffic in 6h,and the in-situ fast repair method that can realize quick opening to traffic in 12h.From the theoretical point of view,it proposes a method to determine the tensile strength and geometric dimension of prefabrication slabs,and illustrates various construction processes of prefabrication,assembly and repair.The article also makes a study on the performance of SBT-K10 accelerant.The study result shows that SBT-K10 has very good construction performance.It has the advantages of quick development for early strength,slight expandability,no reverse shrinkage for late strength,low brittleness,and excellent durability,which can satisfy the requirement of repairing the cement concrete pavement by integral plate and full depth within 12 hours.
