| 摘 要： | 2012年，是绿色的一年，也是船舶工业正在走“绿色”之路的一年，从船舶设计、船舶建造、船舶营运到船舶拆卸，无不贯穿着绿色的思想。本文就造船过程中产生的环境污染等问题，进行了原因分析，在优化产业结构等方面提出了一些防污染管理上的对策，以供修造船企业参考。

| Abstract: | In building a ship, the 99% can be recycled, but the rest 1% is liable to cause lots of harmful substances, which may affect the environment and personnel. The paper discusses about the current unsafe condition of ship breaking market, and makes stricter scrapping standards to protect the environment and to ensure the safety of scrapping personnel. |
