摘    要:本文在研究金属切削过程中的切屑变形、流动、流向与切屑卷曲、折断等规律的基础上.提出一种新的切屑分类,便于通过计算机求得屑形,用以预报断屑范围.同时,又能设计出特定条件下的最佳情形.

Abstract:On the basis of studying the law of the chip deformation,chip flow and current direction, chip crimp and breaking in metal cutting,the new classification of chips is presented,by which the chip forms are easy to ob tain on a computes,and the chip breaking area is predieteD conveniently.In the meantime,the optimum chip-breaker shapeS of cutting tool can be designec under given conditions.
