摘    要:物料的流动性是分流料斗设计的主要依据。从物料特性、料斗的几何尺寸、结构形式等方面介绍了斗轮堆取料机分流料斗的设计要点,对积料式分流料斗进行实例分析,总结归纳其优缺点及适应范围,并针对流动性差的物料对料斗结构进行改进。

Abstract:The fluidity of the material is the main basis for the design of shunt hopper.The design key points of shunt hopper of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer are introduced from the aspects of material characteristics,hopper geometry size and structure form.Then an example analysis of the accumulated shunt hopper is carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of the hopper and its application range are summarized.Through the above research,the hopper structure is improved for the materials with poor fluidity.
