摘    要:基于车辆轮胎的磨损理论,研究集装箱AGV的悬架系统结构以及行驶方式对车辆侧向偏角的影响,分析AGV在蟹行和转弯的时候,不同的轮胎摩擦功随偏向角的变化趋势。采用有限元软件ANSYS对悬架系统结构进行优化设计,从而减少车轮的侧偏角,从根本上减少轮胎的磨损。

Abstract:Based on the wear theory of vehicle tires,the influence of suspension system structure and driving mode of container AGV on the lateral sideslip angle of vehicles is studied.The variation trend of different tires friction work with sideslip angle is analyzed when AGV is crab walking and turning.The finite element software ANSYS is used to optimize the suspension system structure,so as to reduce the lateral sideslip angle of wheel and ultimately reduce tire wear.
