摘    要:轮胎式龙门起重机(RTG)作为码头装卸集装箱的重要设备,将其进行自动化改造,实现远程操作,是自动化集装箱码头的发展的必然趋势。针对RTG本身的特殊性,研究多个子系统之间的协调与配合,同时结合天津港RTG远程半自动化改造的成功实例,对RTG及自动化堆场的改造方案进行分析与探讨,可为类似项目提供参考。

Abstract:As an important equipment for loading and unloading containers,it is an inevitable trend for the development of automatic container terminals to carry out automatic transformation of RTG and realize remote operation. For the particularity of RTG,the coordination and cooperation among multiple subsystems are studied in this paper,and combined with the successful case of RTG remote semi-automatic transformation in Tianjin port,the transformation scheme of RTG and automation yard is analyzed and discussed,which can provide reference for subsequent projects.
