| 摘 要： | 针对某岸边集装箱起重机的托架小车钢丝绳寿命过短、更换频繁的问题,从托架小车钢丝绳的液压张紧系统、滑轮选型、缠绕型式和换绳工艺4个方面,对事件成因进行诊断分析,揭示造成托架小车钢丝绳非正常损坏的关键因素。通过对原有缠绕系统进行优化,可提高托架小车钢丝绳使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems of short life and frequent replacement of trolley wire rope of a quayside container crane,the hydraulic tensioning system,pulley type selection,winding type and rope changing technology of trolley wire rope are diagnosed and analyzed from the causes of the accident,and the key factors causing abnormal damage of trolley wire rope are revealed. By optimizing the original winding system,the service life of trolley wire rope is improved. |
