| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型低姿态室内维修行车及其安装、维护、检修方法,紧凑型起升机构固定设置在桥架一侧端梁处,H型小车安装在H型钢主梁的凹槽内。低姿态室内维修行车自重轻、高度低,有利于降低岸边集装箱起重机整机重量、倾覆力矩及对码头的轮压。

| Abstract: | A new type of low-profile indoor maintenance vehicle is introduced,as well as its installation,maintenance and overhaul methods.Its structure is as follows:the compact lifting mechanism is fixed at the end beam of one side of the bridge frame,and the H-type trolley is installed in the groove of the H-type steel main girder.The low-profile indoor maintenance vehicle has the characteristics of light weight and low height,which is conducive to reducing the weight of quayside container crane,the overturning moment and the wheel pressure on the dock. |
