摘    要:针对传统轮胎式集装箱起重机(RTG)柴油发电机组高能耗、高污染问题,面向日益严格的节能环保要求,提出一种RTG锂电池动力系统设计方案,结合该系统各运行状态,制定了能量管理策略,可大幅降低RTG辅助柴油发电机组容量,有效减少RTG的废气排放。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and high pollution of diesel generator set of traditional rubber-tyred gantry crane(RTG),a design scheme for RTG lithium battery power system is proposed,which can meet the increasingly stringent requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.Combining with the operation status of the system,an energy management strategy is formulated.By using the strategy,the capacity of RTG auxiliary diesel generator set and the exhaust emission can be reduced greatly and effectively.
