摘    要:针对洋山深水港四期自动化码头出场闸口仍采用低效的人工办理业务模式的问题,在深入分析电子设备交接单推进情况与洋山深水港四期出场闸口设置的基础上,通过优化码头操作系统校验逻辑、合理布置辅助设施、优化交通组织等措施,总体上达到了功能完备、出场无人且综合通过能力大的既定目标,可减少人工成本,实现资源利用的最大化。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of inefficient manual management about exit gate of automated terminal in Yangshan Port Phase IV,the circumstances of electronic equipment handover receipt advance and the basic settings of exit gate are analyzed thoroughly.By optimizing terminal operation system validation logic and traffic organization as well as arranging auxiliary facilities reasonably,the goal of getting function and unmanned exit and powerful comprehensive management capacity is achieved,which can reduce labor costs and maximize resource utilization.
