摘    要:对自动化集装箱码头纯电动AGV传统能源补充方式进行分析对比,阐述了换电式、桩充式和非接触式充电的优缺点,制定了一套成本较低、效率较高、电池使用寿命较长的循环充电方式,提出了一种新的纯电动AGV能源补充方式,可实现AGV不停车补充能源。

Abstract:The traditional energy supplement modes of pure electric AGV in automated container terminal are analyzed and compared, and the advantages and disadvantages of three charging modes, namely, switching mode, pile charging mode and non-contact charging mode, are expounded. Moreover, a set of cyclic charging mode with low cost, high efficiency and long battery life is developed. And the new energy supplement mode of pure electric AGV is proposed, which can realize non-stop energy supplement of AGV.
