| Abstract: | The structure features and technical parameters of various types of special and general purpose freight cars of the new generation are described. Through the comparison of the structure performances of the new type and old type cars, described are the economic benefits that can be obtained via the new generation car whose load-carrying capacity is increased, speed is increased and the service life can be prolonged. |
