摘    要:汽车发动机双时无负荷测功仪是为适应当前汽车修保体制向着定项检测,视情合理的方向发展而研制的一种不解体检测发动机动力性能与磨损状况的仪器,其测量结果是科学评判发动机修保质量的有效指标和诊断发动机故障的可靠依据,可广泛用应用于汽车运输,修理行业和科研部门,对该项目的研制技术背景,理论方法,仪器的电路原理及现场实验等方面进行了详细地论述。

Abstract:The dual time noload dynamometer for autornotive engine is an instrument for measuring engine power per formance and conditior of wear without disassembling the engine,and is developed according to the trend toward automotive maintenance system of specified items measuring and on condition repairing. The result of measurement is an effective index for scientifically evaluating the maintenance work quality and a reliabre basis for diagnosing the engine trouble,so that the instrument may be widely used in the professions of automotive transportation, maintenance and scienfitic research. The technical background and theoretical method of the developtnent work, the electrical wiring principle and field testing of the instrument are expounded in detail.
