石粉对机制砂混凝土性能的影响研究

摘    要:文章通过试验研究了石粉对机制砂混凝土工作性能、力学性能、强度、合理砂率及耐久性的影响规律。结果表明,在含量不超过10%的情况下,石粉对机制砂混凝土的物理力学性能及工作性能具有一定的改善效果;机制砂混凝土的合理砂率对石粉含量较为敏感,石粉含量为0%、5%和10%时的最佳砂率分别为36%、33%和30%;石粉的掺入降低了机制砂混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能。

Abstract:The article studies the effect of mountain flour on the working performance,mechanical property,strength,reasonable sand aggregate ratio and durability of manufac-tured sand concrete.The result shows that mountain flour improves the mechanical property and working performance when its content is less than 10%;the reasonable sand aggregate ratio is sensitive to the content of mountain flour.The best sand aggregate ratios are 36%,33% and 30% when the content of mountain flour is 0%,5% and 10%;adding mountain flour reduces the penetrability of anti-chloride ions of manufactured sand concrete.
