机制砂高性能混凝土制备及工程应用分析

摘    要:文章根据机制砂高性能混凝土的基本配制原则和设计要点,通过对比分析不同水胶比、不同砂率对机制砂高性能混凝土工作性能及强度的影响,确定了最优混凝土配合比设计方案,同时结合某大桥预应力T梁浇筑施工实例,阐述了机制砂高性能混凝土T梁的浇筑施工工艺及质量控制措施,并对养护成型的机制砂高性能混凝土T梁的施工质量进行了检测。检测结果表明,梁体各项技术指标满足规范要求,且无外观质量问题。

Abstract:According to the basic mixing principle and design key point of manufactured sand high performance concrete,the article determines the optimum mix ratio design plan by comparison analyzing the influence of different water to binder ratio and sand aggregate ratio on the performance.Combined with a T-pile construction practice of one bridge,the article also discusses the construction technique and quality control method of this concrete,and performs quality test on the construction of T-pile.The test result shows that all the tech-nique indexes meet the standard requirements and there is no appearance quality problem.
