摘    要:以刚度可调的电磁式动力吸振器为控制对象,基于DSP设计了刚度随外界激励力变化而变化的半主动吸振系统,使吸振器始终工作于调协状态.从而拓宽了动力吸振技术的适用范围.硬件上以TMS320LF2407A信号处理芯片为核心,设计了I/O输入、模拟输入通道和驱动电路.由传统的模拟恒流方式改成了数字反馈,电路中不需要D/A转换和恒流源电路,在结构上简化了控制电路,使整个控制系统更加稳定、准确.

Abstract:A semi-active vibration absorbing system, in which rigidity adjustable electromagnetic dynamic vibration absorber (EMDVA) serves as the control objective and varies with the external excitation variation, is designed and based on DSP in this thesis. Thus, the dynamic vibration absorber can always work under the adjusting status. The range of application is broadened accordingly. Based on the TMS320LF2407A signal processing chip, designed I/O, analog signals and drive circuit in hardware. Flowed the way of traditional circuit which current is changeless to digital feedback which current is also changeless, it does not need the DAC and the traditional circuit, simplified the control unit. The whole control system more stability and nicety.
