钢管混凝土柱施工临时钢护筒回收技术

摘    要:论述超深超大钢管混凝土柱施工用临时钢护筒回收的困难,很多工程为一次性投入,既影响工期,浪费资源,又增加工程成本.结合天津站交通枢纽工程第二施工标段进行超深超大钢护筒起拔回收和循环利用的实例,介绍临时钢护筒的设计和起拔施工技术,实践表明,该技术节约了工程成本,取得了较好的经济效益.

Abstract:Recycling of steel casings is relatively difficult in driving ultra-deep and ultra-big steel tube concrete piles.The casings were used only once in many projects that caused increase in cost and waste of materials.In the project on the second tender lot of Tianjin communication hub the ultra-deep and ultra-big steel casings were successfully reclaimed and recycled,which helped to cut down construction cost and acquire more economic benefit.
