摘    要:对某型军用移动电站75 kW单轴承无刷发电机跨接线断裂问题进行分析,通过采用改进跨接线绑扎位置设计、严控同心度指标、限定电磁线折弯次数等措施,有效解决了该型发电机转子绕组跨接线断裂问题,提高了该型发电机工作的可靠性。

Abstract:For a certain type of military mobile power station 75 kW single bearing brushless generator cross wiring fault is analyzed , improved jumper banding position design , by strictly controlling the concentricity index , defined electromagnetic wire bending and other measures , effective solution to the generator rotor winding inter con-nection fracture problems , and improves the reliability of the generator work .
