温拌改性沥青材料的室内试验分析

摘    要:为评价不同温拌改性沥青材料对沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响,文章对掺加温拌改性沥青材料Sasobit和材料A后的沥青胶结料进行了针入度、软化点、粘度试验,并对分别掺加了这两种材料的改性沥青混合料和基质沥青混合料进行了车辙试验、弯曲蠕变试验及冻融劈裂试验。试验结果表明:与基质沥青相比,改性沥青胶结料的针入度、粘度降低,软化点提高,且Sasobit的改性效果更好;与基质沥青混合料相比,改性沥青混合料的高温性能有较大改善,且不降低混合料的低温抗裂性及路用水稳定性。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the influence of the two warm asphalt materials on asphalt and asphalt mixture,the article performances penetration test,softening point test and viscosity test for asphalt with Sasobit and A.Also the article does rutting test,bending creep test and freeze-thaw splitting test to asphalt mixture samples without warm materials mixed and with warm materials mixed,and their performances are analyzed.Test results showed that the penetration and viscosity of asphalt with warm materials reduced,their softening point increased,and the effect of Sasobit is better.Compared to the asphalt mixture,the changes of the crack resistance stability in low temperature and water stability of asphalt mixtures with warm materials are unobvious,but their high temperature stability have been improved.
