| 摘 要： | 对研制型单件生产的非金属薄壁细小零件机加工艺优化设计的必要性进行了探讨，并提出了相应的IT-Ra加工链图和切削加工参数，以期降低该类零件的工艺设计对经验的依赖度，提高工艺决策的快速反映能力。

| Abstract: | The necessary of optimizing machining-building technology design for prepared and single manufacture non-metallic featheredge small accessory is discussed in this paper.It also brings forward corresponding IT-Ra machining chain and cutting parameter to reduce the degree that the technology design of this kind of accessory relies on experience and improves the rapid reaction ability of technology decision-making. |
