摘    要:采用X射线光电子谱仪(XPS)研究Fe-25Mn-5Al-0.15C合金在30%NaOH溶液中钝化后形成的钝化膜。深度剖面的XPS分析结果表明:钝化膜的最表层与主体部分分别存在结合水与由Fe2O3、Mn2O3、Al2O3、FeO(或Fe3O4)、MnO(或Mn3O4)及金属态Fe、Al与Mn组成的混合物。

Abstract:Passive film formed on Fe-25Mn-5Al-0.15C alloy has been studied by X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy (XPS) after passivation in 30% NaOH solution.The results of depth-concentration profiles analysis by XPS indicate that the outermost surface and the main part of passive film present the bound water and a mixture of Fe 2O 3,Al 2O 3,Mn 2O 3,FeO( or Fe 3O 4)and MnO(or Mn 3O 4),respectively.The metallic Fe,Al and Mn coexist with their oxides in the passive film.
