水下信息理解的概念和方法

摘    要:针对复杂海洋环境条件下,如何有效利用大量长期积累的不同形式的水下传感器探测数据和相关情报信息,实现水下信息的知识化,有效辅助人员对水下目标进行识别,对态势进行分析和判断.本文提出了水下信息理解的概念,并阐述了水下信息理解涉及的技术和方法.

Abstract:Considering the complex sea environment condition and information processing demands,this paper proposed a concept of Underwater Information Understanding(UIU).Utilizing a large amount of data detected from different kinds of sensors and other information,UIU technology can help people to intellectualize the underwater information,classify the underwater targets,analyze the situations and make decisions.This paper also explains the technology of UIU.
