| 摘 要： | 结合自行车交通的特征以及重庆主城区交通出行特征,提出自行车交通在重庆交通出行体系中的定位,以及独具重庆特色的自行车发展模式,将该理念应用到北部新区自行车系统规划建设中,取得了良好的社会效益和环境效益。

| Abstract: | With the consideration of the bicycle transport characteristics and trip characteristics in Chongqing City,the position of bicycle transport in Chongqing,and the unique characteristics of the bicycle development model in Chongqing were proposed.This concept was used in the planning and construction in Northern New District of Chongqing,and achieved good social and environmental benefits. |
