间冷循环燃气轮机燃烧室火焰筒壁温计算

摘    要:针对某间冷循环燃气轮机燃烧室薄壁火焰筒,给出了其壁温计算模型和计算方法.应用该方法进行了火焰简壁温计算,并进行了气膜冷却、隔热涂层及壁面厚度对火焰简壁面温度径向和轴向分布的影响分析.

Abstract:The model and method of calculating the wall temperature of the thin wall flame tube of a certain inter-cooling cycle gas turbine combustor are given.By use of this method,the wall temperature calculation of the flame tube is accomplished;the influences of film cooling,thermal barrier coating(TBC)and wall thickness on the axial and radial wall temperature distribution of the flame tube are analyzed.
