箱区长度对码头装卸效率影响的仿真分析

摘    要:合理的堆场布局规划可以提高集装箱码头机械的作业效率,减少船舶等待时间,降低码头作业成本,提升码头综合竞争力。在对集装箱码头作业流程分析的基础上,采用专业的港口仿真软件FlexsimCT建立集装箱堆场不同箱区长度下不同装卸机械数量的仿真模型,探讨了集装箱堆场既定面积和既定容量下,不同的箱区长度对码头装卸效率的影响,得出不同箱区长度下的最佳装卸机械配比和岸桥最大效率下的箱区长度,对未来的集装箱港口实际布局规划具有指导意义。

Abstract:Reasonable yard layout can improve the operating efficiency of terminal mechanical,reduce shipping waiting time and the cost of terminal operation,and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of container terminal.Based on analysis of the terminal operation process,the FlexsimCT software was adopted to establish simulation model.The influence of different kinds of block length on the operating efficiency of terminal mechanical was discussed;the appropriate resources allocation ratio of quays,gantry cranes,and trucks under the different block length and the best block length under the maximum efficiency of quay crane were worked out.These conclusions can provide significant guidance for the actual operation of container port in future.
