摘    要:船用柴油机轴承受力复杂,工作条件恶劣。研究船用柴油机轴承负荷的计算方法,对主机的日常维护有一定指导意义。通过对柴油机曲柄—连杆机构的运动学与受力学分析,得出轴承受力的计算方法。运用MATLAB语言编程,以潍坊柴油机厂生产的六缸船用柴油机——6200ZC柴油机为例,通过船员所读取的示功图,把曲柄转角和示功图上读出的气体压力作为初始值初始条件输入,计算出不同的曲柄转角下其连杆大端轴承和主轴承的负荷,运用MATLAB语言生成各轴承的负荷图,并对计算结果进行了分析。

Abstract:The bearing load of marine diesel engine is very complexity,and it is poor working conditions of bearing due to the reciprocating inertia force and rotary and inertia force come from the connecting-rod mechanism.It has significance to research calculation method of bearing load on marine diesel engine that keeps the marine engineer staff keeping and maintaining the engine working well in daily life.This paper studies the calculating method of marine diesel engine bearing load.Based on the analysis of kinematics and dynamics on the crank and connecting-rod mechanism,the detailed method of calculated bearing load is known.Take six-cylinder marine diesel engine-6200ZC produce by Weifang Diesel Engine Factory as an example,the indicator diagram readied by the crew is given,then reading the crank angle and the gas pressure on the indicator diagram.Each crank angle corresponding to a gas pressure on the indicator diagram and taking the crank angle and the gas pressure as initial value,the crank pin bearing and main bearing load could be calculated by MATLAB programming.Use the MATLAB language to generate the bearing tangential,normal and total load diagram of the crank pin and crank bearings,and the results analyzed.As the diagram shows,the weight of connecting rod and crankshaft has influence on the normal force of crank bearing,so when the diesel engines been designed,there should be a reasonable quality for connecting rod and crank.And engine management should pay attention to the cleaning of connecting rod and crank to reduce the quality changes caused by oil and other good.
