大功率光源散热分析与计算

摘    要:功率器件是光电产品中常用的元器件,某些功率器件散发的热会对产品的可靠性产生极其不利的影响,因此光电产品设计中散热设计是需要考虑的一个重要方面。对目前常用的散热方式进行分析和比较,并针对某照明设备的特点和要求,确定强制风冷散热方式,以相应公式计算风机风量选择合适风机。在实践中经过测量证明该方式是有效的。这种风冷散热方式也为后续类似产品设计提供了参考。

Abstract:Power devices are commonly used in optical components products,some of the heat will distribute power devices reliability of the product and its adverse effects,the thermal design is the design of optoelectronic devices is an important aspect to consider.In this paper,the commonly used cooling methods were analyzed and compared,and a lighting equipment for the characteristics and requirements,determine the forced air cooling method,the appropriate formula to select the appropriate fan air volume fan.Is measured in practice proved that the method is effective.The air-cooling methods for follow-up to provide a reference for a similar design.
