高速铁路运营线无砟轨道地段插入道岔技术研究

摘    要:随着我国高速铁路网建设的不断深入和完善,大量新建线路需要引入既有车站或枢纽,我国高速铁路建设运营线无砟轨道地段插入道岔的功能需求日显迫切,已成为制约我国高速铁路建设的关键技术难题。结合某新建高速铁路引入既有高铁站的接轨方案,提出拆除既有无砟轨道、新铺无砟道岔技术方案,通过设置安全隔离板墙,封锁一线施工,相邻正线单线行车,采用新材料、新工艺、新技术等系列措施,可确保施工安全和缩短工期,减少对运营的影响。该方案解决了高铁车站或枢纽无砟轨道接轨的技术难题,实现新建高速铁路线路与既有枢纽的成功引入。

Research on Inserting Turnout into High Speed Ballastless Track Railway in Operation

Abstract:With the development and improvement of China high-speed railway network,a large number of new railways are introduced into the existing stations or hubs and turnouts need to be installed urgently on busy ballastless track lines,which challenges high-speed railway development. With reference to the track connection scheme of one high-speed railway to the existing high-speed railway station,this paper proposes the technological scheme by removing existing ballastless track and laying new ballastless turnout. Such measures as setting up security isolation wall,blocking one line for construction while allowing the adjacent line in operation, and employing new materials, new processes and new technologies are taken to ensure construction safety,shorten construction period and reduce impact on railway operation. The scheme resolves the technological problem of track connection in high-speed railway stations or hubs and fulfills the introduction of new high-speed railway into existing hubs.
