FFTA与BN在ZPW-2000A轨道电路故障诊断中的应用分析

摘    要:将FFTA(Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis,模糊故障树分析法)应用到ZPW-2000A轨道电路系统的故障诊断分析之中,可以解决系统各部件之间具有不确定性的联系以及各部件的故障概率数据较少,无法精确获得的问题。将模糊逻辑理论引入到FTA(Fault Tree Analysis,故障树分析)中,使传统的FTA具备了处理模糊信息的能力。再根据模糊故障树构造BN(Bayesian Networks,贝叶斯网络),利用BN的双向推理功能计算出ZPW-2000A系统的故障概率,并可以寻找出最有可能导致系统发生故障的原因。

Research on ZPW-2000A Track Circuit Fault Diagnosis Based on FFTA and BN

Abstract:The Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis( FFTA) method is applied to the fault diagnosis of ZPW-2000 A track circuit system to solve problems such as uncertain connections between system components and less data of failure probability for accurate assessment. The fuzzy logic theory is employed in Fault Tree Analysis( FTA), which grants the traditional FTA the ability to deal with fuzzy information. According to the fuzzy fault tree structure Bayesian network( BN) and by using the bidirectional inference function of BN,the failure probability ofthe ZPW-2000 A system is calculated and the most likely cause of system failure is found out.
