杭州北车辆段乔司检修车间货车厂修涂装能力改造方案研究

杭州北车辆段乔司检修车间货车保有量大,扣车条件优越,但其既有厂修涂装设施陈旧、工艺落后,无法满足日益增长的厂修涂装工作量和环境保护要求。通过调研杭州北车辆段乔司检修车间的涂装作业现状需求,检算其货车保有量和厂修涂装工作量,合理设定新建涂装设施规模。改造后的涂装设施工艺作业流畅,年生产能力可达2000辆,且满足环保要求。本工程实施后,将能切实提高车辆段厂修作业效率与效益,确保其通过铁路总公司的厂修资质审查。

Research on Coating Capacity Upgrading Scheme for Qiaosi Repair Workshop of Hangzhou North Rolling Stock Depot

Qiaosi repair workshop of Hangzhou North Deport cannot meet the growing workload of coating in overhauling and the demand for environmental protection due to its large wagon inventory,insufficient facility and outdated technology.The size of the new painting facility is then reasonably determined based on the investigation into the current demand for coating at the workshop and the calculation of the wagon inventory and coating workload. The upgraded painting facilities can improve the work efficiency with about 2000 cars per year,and satisfy environmental protection requirement. The implementation of the project will improve work efficiency and profit,and pave the way for qualification review by CRC.
