The Development of Automatic Control Device for Railway Bridge Static Test

The static test is an essential test method for railway prestressed concrete beam in product certification and mass production. The test requires multiple jacks to load simultaneously and more staff,and it is difficult to maintain accurate synchronized jack loading. This paper introduces an automatic control system with integrated loading,detecting and recording,and fulfills real-time remote monitoring,test data and site images uploading and other functions. It requires less test personnel,improves test accuracy,and completes calculation,load test and test reporting simply by one-button start. As a result,whole process automation,digitization and informatization in railway bridge static test are realized and the requirements for bridge quality control and railway construction informatization management are satisfied.
