| 摘 要： | 根据国家对建设项目投资管理体制改革的要求,对"代建制"的涵义、推行依据和意义予以说明,对国内外主要建设项目管理形式及应用特点作分类分析,论述适合代建制的建设项目管理模式及应用范围,并对公路投资项目建设管理实行"代建制"的适用模式及管理方法作研究探索。

| Abstract: | According to the requirements for management system reform of investment in highway project from the State,this article describes the meaning of agent system for construction,the basis of implementing and the significance,with classification analysis on main forms of domestic and foreign project management and the features of application,the mode of management and the extent of application.Also,it discusses the suitable mode of the above system and the management method. |
