铁路罐车标记存在的问题及对策

通过对780辆铁路罐车标记喷涂情况的调研,发现371辆罐车存在有未喷涂危险性标记或喷涂有误、车型喷涂错误、容积表号喷涂错误、容积和载重喷涂错误等问题,占调查总数的47.6%。针对铁路罐车标记喷涂存在的问题,分析其产生的原因,提出解决问题的对策,建议制定铁路罐车标记喷涂的标准。

Problems on the Labels of Railway Tank Cars and the Countermeasures

After surveying the spray coating of 780 railway tank car labels, the authors find that there are wrong labels on 371 tank cars or 47.6% of the total cars surveyed, including not spray label of dangerous goods or making wrong spray, wrong spray of the car type, wrong spray of volume table number, wrong spray of volume and load. Aiming at the problems on spraying the labels of tank cars, the authors analyze the causes and give measure to solve the problems, also suggest to formulate standard on the label spray of tank car.
