横向稳定杆建模方法研究

摘    要:在悬架侧倾特性分析中建立了基于ADAMS软件平台的某车辆前悬架仿真分析模型,其中横向稳定杆结构分别采用三种不同方法进行建模。悬架侧倾特性的仿真及试验分析结果表明,采用基于模态叠加和基于铁木辛科梁理论的稳定杆柔性体模型精度较高,而在基于材料特性的稳定杆刚体模型中加入修正系数可以提高仿真精度,使计算结果达到要求。

Abstract:To study roll characteristic of a vehicle's front suspension,an analytical simulation model of a vehicles front suspension is established based on ADAMS in which anti-roll bar had been modeled by three methods.According to simulation and testing study,the results showed that the flexible multibody model of anti-roll bar based on the method of mode superposition and theory of Timoshenko beam has a more accuracy,while adding the correcting coefficient to rigidity model of anti-roll bar based on material characteristics can improve simulation accuracy,make the calculation data meet the requirements.
