永磁接触器的有限元分析及结构优化

摘    要:永磁接触器可以克服普通电磁式接触器存在的耗能、线圈易烧灰等缺点,该文采用有限元方法研究了永磁接触器磁场分布特点,并进一步分析了不同结构参数对永磁接触器保持力的影响,为永磁接触器的设计提供了理论参考。

Abstract:Permanent magnet contactor can overcome some disadvantages of electro-magnetic contactor,such as wasting energy and burning coil easily.This paper studies magnetic field distribution for permanent magnet contactor,and then the simulation results of permanent magnet holding force are obtained based on finite element magnetic field analysis.This can provide a theoretical basis for further study on permanent magnet contactor.
