Ni-Mo-Co合金电极的制备和析氢性能研究

摘    要:采用电沉积法制备出了高催化活性的Ni-Mo和Ni-Mo-Co合金电极,在30%(wt)的KOH溶液中的阴极极化曲线表明,Ni-Mo-Co合金电极具有更低的析氢过电位。分别采用SEM、EDX及XRD等表征手段比较分析了Ni-Mo和Ni-Mo-Co合金电极。结果表明:Co元素的添加增大了对Mo元素的诱导作用,提高了镀层中Mo元素的含量,且其镀层晶粒更加细小,呈现了一种纳米晶态的特征,这些都是三元Ni-Mo-Co合金电极电催化析氢性能更好的原因。

Abstract:The Ni-Mo and Ni-Mo-Co alloy deposits were obtained by electroplating method. The polarization curves in 30% KOH solution indicated that the Ni-Mo-Co alloy had a lower over-potential. The alloy coatings were investigated by SEM, EDX and XRD technique. It showed that the Co element induced the depositing of Mo element and improved the content of Mo.
