网络化运营条件下城市轨道交通票务清分方法研究

实施“一票换乘”的城市轨道交通网络化运营条件下，票务收入应按照不同运营主体完成的客运周转贡献进行公平合理地清算和分配。本文在分析影响票务清分的主要因素及清分实现原则的基础上，提出了一种基于乘客多路径出行选择的城市轨道交通“两阶段、双比例”清分方法。合理考虑了旅行时间、换乘便利性、运营时间、发车间隔、拥挤程度等对路径选择和清分比例的共同影响，在清分模型中分阶段体现其确定性和不确定性影响因素，具有较强的可行性和实用性。

A Fare Clearing Method for Urban Rail Transit under the Condition of Network Operation

In the condition of urban rail transit network operation with one-ticket transfer, fare incomes should be cleared fairly and equitably according to their distribution to passenger turnover for different management bodies. Therefore, the paper puts forward a fare distribution method named ＂Double- Stage ＆ Double- Proportion＂ based on multi-route probability in urban rail transit after analyzing the influencing factors and principles of account clearing and distribution. The impact of route selection and fare distribute proportion, which is caused by trip time, transfer convenience, operation hour, departure interval and congestion level, etc, is taken into account in proposed model. The model embodies both the certain and uncertain factors by phases and proves to be feasible and practical.
