| 摘 要： | 2007年以来,高涨的燃油成本、持续增长的燃油需求以及IMO等国际组织对船舶排放问题的关注,使得船舶节能减排工作重要而突出。本文对当前航运业内采用的节能减排措施和有关研究进行了跟踪、整理和分析,以期对有关机构及人员能起到参考作用。
