| Abstract: | In this paper the design of dewatering and drainage by pipe well-points for deep founda tion pit excavation of a metro station in Shenzhen city is presented. Owing to the well-distributed and uniform and unvaried soil layers in Shenzhen area, the method, thus, recommended herein would be general to a certain extent. |
