PRVEP对鞍区肿瘤的诊断价值

摘    要:目的 探讨图形翻转视觉诱发电位 (PRVEP)的变化对鞍区肿瘤的诊断价值及临床意义。方法 采用PRVEP ,以P1 0 0 潜伏期为临床评价指标 ,结合常规视觉检查 ,对 3 5例鞍区肿瘤患者手术前后的视力、视野、眼底等视觉功能变化进行对比分析。结果 鞍区肿瘤患者视觉受损进行PRVEP检查时 ,P1 0 0 潜伏期明显延长 ,其异常率明显高于一般视觉检查 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且PRVEP波形明显畸变及波幅降低。结论 PRVEP检查能较准确反映鞍区肿瘤患者视路受损及术后视觉功能改善情况 ,对鞍区肿瘤患者视觉功能的评判有一定的临床实用价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the diagnostic value and clinical significance of the pattern reseaval visual evoked potential (PRVEP) for the patients with sella area tumor preoperation and postoperation. Methods The visual function of 35 patients with sella area tumor preoperation and post-operation were observed by PRVEP examination.Results When the visual function was damaged in the sella area tumor patients, P 100 latency was obviously prolonged.There was significant difference ( P <0.05) between the examination results of P 100 latency and clinical visual function.There was obvious abnormal wave form of PRVEP and its descendent amplitude were common in the patients with sella area tumor.Conclusion The visual function,which has been damaged by sella area tumor and improved postoperation,can be confirmed by PRVEP examination.It has very important clinical value for the patients with sella area tumor in assessing visual function.
