钢板弹簧迟滞特性的有限元分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元软件提供的面-面接触单元,分析了钢板弹簧的迟滞特性,叶片间的正压力和摩擦力用这些接触单元的节点力来代替;给出了加载和卸载过程的载荷-变形特性图;并结合实例分析了不同摩擦系数对钢板弹簧迟滞特性和阻尼特性的影响。此外,还分析了钢板弹簧在受到不同频率和振幅的正弦激励时所产生的等效阻尼。

Abstract:In this paper the hysteresis behavior of leaf springs is analyzed using the face to face contact element provided by ANSYS FE software,where node forces of the contact elements replace the normal forces and friction forces between contacting leaves The load deflection curves during loading and unloading process are presented,and the influence of different friction coefficients on the hysteresis and damping characteristics is analyzed with a practical example Besides,the equivalent damping of leaf springs under sinusoidal excitation of different frequencies and amplitudes are also analyzed
