基于微观结构变化导致的石灰剂量衰减分析

摘    要:通过阐述EDTA滴定石灰剂量原理—配位滴定反应,结合电镜下的石灰土微观结构变化,揭示了石灰在土中发生物理化学反应,逐步形成稳定的胶结结构,随时间的推移石灰土中钙离子因浓度减少,导致在EDTA配位滴定反应时,生成稳定的螯合物减少,消耗EDTA配位剂减少,在显色剂指示下到达滴定等量点的时间缩短,滴定试验完成后,在滴定曲线上由EDTA耗量查出的实测石灰剂量随时间增长呈衰减变化的规律。建议工程应用石灰土作路基填筑材料时,在质量控制与验收中,考虑石灰剂量衰减因素。

Abstract:This paper describes the EDTA titration lime dose principle-Complex Formation titration reaction,Combined with limestone soil micro-structural changes in the electron microscope,Reveals the lime in the soil physical and chemical reaction occurs,Gradually to form a stable cement structure,Concentration decreases with the calcium in the limestone soil of the passage of time,Lead to ligand titration reaction with EDTA,Reduced to form a stable chelate,Consumption of EDTA complexing agent to reduce,Under the direction of the color reagent to the titration equivalence point time,After completion of the titration,Detected in the titration curve by the EDTA consumption measured lime dose was the law of attenuation increase with time,Application of limestone soil of the proposed works for roadbed construction material,Quality control and acceptance,Consider the lime dose attenuation factors.
