| Abstract: | The overall budget management is widely applied in the enterprises at home and abroad. The prospecting design units, after strypped down, introduce the overall budget management in succession. The article discusses the application process of overall budget management in the prospecting design units, and puts forward the problems easily arisen in the course of implementation and the solving countermeasures. |
