摘    要:根据上海轨道交通10号线和13号线换乘的新天地站与周边合建项目的施工过程,分析了轨道交通工程与周边房产合建的技术难点和针对性措施。通过科学的设计及严格的施工控制,轨道交通车站与合建项目总沉降与差异沉降较小,结合部鲜有渗漏,工程取得了预期的效果。

Abstract:According to the integrated construction process of Xintiandi Station(interchange station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 10 and Line 13) and surrounding buildings,technical difficulties and corresponding solutions for the integrated construction of interchange station and nearby buildings are analyzed.Through scientific design and strict construction control,the total settlement and differential settlement of jointly built rail transit station and surrounding buildings are small and there’s only a little leakage at the integration part.The project obtains the anticipated effect.
