The paper gives a brief introduction of the repairing condition of the operational rail transit lines in Shanghai.In view of the issues such as lots of repairing works,limited construction time,low construction fulfillment and usage rates,limited resources and unstandardized behavior,suggestion and measures are proposed from the aspects of management system,implementation details,personnel training,updating of hardware and software,supervision and evaluation.
